A Mediterranean-flavoured prawn dish. Its exotic nuances come from juicy tiger prawns and spiciness from garlic and chilli. This is your change to serve your guests or family a real gourmet dish!

 

You will need (for four people):

1 jar Salvest Pasta Sauce with Mediterranean Spices

250 g Tartu Mill Puntine grandi pasta

400 g raw tiger prawns in shell

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

1 small chilli pod

salt and pepper

oil for frying

 

Do so:

 

Heat oil in a saucepan. Then chop the onion and braise it on slow heat until soft. Add crushed garlic and finely diced chilli. Now, add cleaned prawns. Braise for 3–4 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Put 8 prawns aside to use these later for serving.

Next, add the pasta sauce in the pan and bring it to boil.

At the same time, prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Mix the boiled pasta with tomato sauce and serve with prawns.
