The multi-talented lingonberry is already a familiar guest on our holiday menus. When adding some exotic notes in the form of orange and ginger, we will discover a symphony of flavours that tastes well with both meat, sausages and why not even desserts!
440 g Salvest Lingonberry jam
Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
1 tsp grated ginger
Place all ingredients in a pot and heat it at low heat for 15 minutes. Skim away the foam for a couple of times. Serve as hot or cold sauce with meat or black pudding, or use the sauce for making desserts.
