  • Fish in sweet and sour sauce

Asian-styled fresh and light dish low in calories, where white and red fish meet with vegetables and, of course, Salvest Sweet&Sour Sauce with its sweet and sour notes. Serve with rice or quinoa!

You will need (for four people):

150 g white fish fillet

150 g red fish fillet

1 jar Salvest Sweet&Sour Sauce

1 onion

1 tsp refined coconut oil

1 yellow bell pepper

1/2 courgette

70 g Turkish or kidney beans

salt

chilli flakes

lemon or lime juice

For serving:

boiled quinoa or whole grain rice

Do so:

Chop the vegetables and fish fillet into bite-sized pieces. Next, chop the onion and caramelize it in coconut oil in a hot pan. Add the fish fillet pieces and fry lightly, seasoning it with salt and chilli flakes. Add vegetables in the pan and finally pour in the sweet and sour sauce. Bring to a boil. You may add some lime or lemon juice for taste. Serve with boiled whole grain rice or quinoa.
