An appetizer that you may encounter on the platters of fancy reception parties. In the Nordic-style simple bite-sized rye bread basket, you will taste a nicely pungent salmon mousse – simply excellent!
You will need:
150 g hot smoked salmon
100 g Salvest Horse-radish Flavoured Mayonnaise
10 g capers
20–25 pc dried rye bread baskets
Break the hot-smoked salmon into smaller pieces with a fork. Next, mix in the mayonnaise and capers. If you wish, add a pinch of salt and let the pâté season in the fridge for 30 minutes. In the end, fill the bread baskets with salmon filling and serve.
