Golden, creamy potatoes, seasoned with mayonnaise, garlic and herbs, are welcomed on both everyday dinners and at feasts. As you know, baked potatoes are an excellent side to almost any kind of meat or fish.
You will need:
1 kg potatoes
4 tbs Salvest Light Mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves
2 tbs dried herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary)
Peel and quarter the potatoes. Then mix the mayonnaise, crushed garlic and dried herbs, and season with salt. Pour the mayonnaise mix over potatoes, stir through and bake in the oven for 45–60 minutes at 200 ºC until the potatoes are baked.
